Who are you and what are you doing on my lawn?

I was informed this week that there are tiger lilies that also like to grow in my yard. I have to retract what I informed you of last week. I do not have lawn tulips in my back yard. I believe them to be lawn lilies. Below is a picture of them, I am only assuming that they are the lilies because they don't look like tulips. They could be something else entirely and I simply won't know until they flower.
I have another dilemma in my gardening plan; I do not know whether to kill my sidewalk tulips or attempt to pick up the wood next to my side walk in order to salvage them. I could use some advice. I also have something growing along with my sidewalk tulips that I can not tell if it is grass or a flower yet. I may attempt to save these too.
I have some guest coming in an hour so I am going to run and place some stepping stones before they arrive!
