Today my task is grass care. I will attempt to clear the weeds and flowers ALL OVER our lawn, mow the grass with our new lawn mower and then spread and water some grass seed.
How will I accomplish so much you ask? WELL, I have a dear friend named Trixie. We met recently and I have to say she is a life saver! Great at gardening, a wonderful listener, real sturdy, all around great gal. Now please, do not judge, my dear friend Trixie, well.... she's a hoe. Now I know what you're thinking, "Jenny, where have you been mingling?" But truthfully, Trixie was behind my house leaning up against the garage one day and I figured she could use a friend. So Trixie will be my right hand woman as I tackle the task of digging out weeds today. I have to say that I am really looking forward to the work. I had a lot of fun yesterday.
Before I can get to my gardening though, I must first deal with the MOUNTAIN of dishes in my kitchen. We had some friends over the other day and I have not cleaned up yet (Oops!)
I'll post proof of my gardening later today if I get the chance. Trixie the garden hoe might even end up in a photo or two if you're lucky.
